He was predeceased by : his parents, Dale Bellis and Dorothy Bellis. He is survived by : his wife Carla Bellis; his children, Jamie Johansen and Joanna Wilkinson; his son-in-law Neal (Jonathon Bellis); his grandchildren, Ivee Johansen and Carson Wilkinson; his brother Bob Bellis; his sister-in-law Sharon; his sister Julie Keatts; his brother-in-law Tony; and also Kevin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
