He is survived by: his wife Janice Alleger; his children, Clay Elsey of Bentonville, Arkansas and Shannon Besett (Brad) of Aurora, Missouri; his brothers, Gene Elsey of Bella Vista, Greg Elsey of Aurora and Gary Elsey; and his grandchildren, Cory Elsey, Blayne Elsey, Mariah Besett, Makenna Besett and Rylan Besett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
