He is survived by: his wife Almita Faye Willhite; his children, Bud Payne (Kim) of Verona, MO, Kenneth Payne (Pat) of Kansas City, MO, Jeanetta Periman of Verona, MO, Joell Strain (Jerry) of Welch, OK, Tonya of Aurora, MO, Darlene Strawhacker and Charlotte Pfiefer; his son-in-law Larry Periman; his grandchildren, Crystal Payne, Kyle Payne and Rayden Payne; and his great grandchildren, Skylar Bradley and Daylynn Grace Woodcock. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
