She is survived by: her parents, David Walker and Shannon Walker; her daughter Kinnan; her husband Matthew; her brother J. D. Walker; her in-laws, Tommy and Donna Briscoe; her grandmother Ann Rosamond; her aunt Brenda Mayfield; her uncle B. R. Rosamond; and her cousin Kelly Wilt. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

A Megan Walker Memorial Fund for the benefit of her daughter, Kinnan, has been established at First Independent Bank in Aurora. In lieu of flowers, donations can be left at the bank or with Peterson's Funeral Home in Aurora.
