It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paullette Calhoun of Aurora, Missouri, who passed away on June 30, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Lechner and Roah Nell Lechner (Chaney); and her siblings, Terri Lechner and Ken Lechner. She is survived by: her husband Rick Calhoun; her children, Allison Tilley (Andrew) of Republic, Leigh Ann Calhoun of Willard, Missouri and Michael Calhoun (Misty) of Monett, Missouri; her grandchildren, Caitlyn, Christopher Calhoun, Noah, Natalie, Landen, Asher McRoberts, Max, Charlie, Maggie and Jack Tilley; and her brother Gerald Lechner (Brenda) of Verona. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home (303 S Jefferson Ave, Aurora, MO 65605). Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (22383 Lawrence 1180, Verona, MO 65769). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery Calvary Cemetery (15743 Lawrence 2215, Verona, MO 65769).
Memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
