He was predeceased by: his son John Barker. He is survived by: his daughter Jill Brandmeyer (Jim) of Lenexa, Kansas; his granddaughter Emily Healy (Justin) of Wichita, Kansas; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Cowles and Sloane Healy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Aurora United Methodist Church (1211 S Carnation Dr, Aurora, MO 65605). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Maple Park Cemetery (2 W Prospect St, Aurora, MO 65605).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the youth programs at the Aurora United Methodist Church or a favorite charity.
