He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Haley and Dorothy Haley (Garoutte); and his sister-in-law Sheila Haley. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessa Matthews (J. D.) of Miller and Bethany Sperandio (Nick) of Monett, Missouri; and his siblings, Mike Haley of Aurora, Missouri and Netia Haley of Aurora. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
