He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Sue Justus (Mark) of Purdy, Missouri; his grandsons, Jeremiah Justus of Purdy Missouri and Jordan Justus (Jonie) of Springfield, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Dylan Justus of Cassville, Bryson Justus of Springfield, Missouri, Lydia Justus of Springfield, Missouri and Walter Wayne Justus of Springfield, Missouri; and his former wife Carol Lackey of Aurora. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
