Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Shari Lynne Carmichael of Aurora, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 59, on August 13, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Douglas Whiting and Phyllis Whiting-Perdue. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Carmichael of Aurora, MO; her brother Barry Whiting of Lee's Summit; her sons, Ryan (Alysa Christine Carmichael), Nathan (Megan Carmichael) and Austin (Alyssa Loraine Carmichael); and her grandchildren, Adaline, Blakely, Aiden, Atley, Crew, Ace and Hudson Carmichael.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a special project dear to Shari's heart: Nana's Playground, which will be built at Brookline Church of Christ for generations of children to enjoy.
