She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Cooper and Lottie Cooper (Armstrong); her siblings, Bessie, Earl and Joe; her nephew Jimmy; her nieces, Judy and Becky; and her great-niece Angie.
She is survived by : her husband Kenny Penn; her sister Joan Pannell of Boonville; and her nieces and nephews, Allen Crafton of Kansas, George Pannell, Jr. (Tracy) of Boonville, Peg Pannell Smith of Rockwall and Jo Lynn Spurgeon (Marty) of Warsaw. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
