He is survived by : his grandparents, Kent, Sherri Thomas of Jefferson City, Dennis, Dana Berhorst of Holts Summit and Alfred Lechner of New Bloomfield; his uncles, Seth Thomas (Lindsey) and Holden (Dakoda); and his aunt Haley Berhorst.

It is the wish of the family that memorial, contributions be made to the Gunnar R. Thomas memorial fund at Mid America Bank.
