She was predeceased by: her father Ray Gene Stewart; her husband Elmer John Stokes III; and her sister Bonnie Stewart. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Louise Stewart (Tate); and her siblings, Audrey Frentzel, Ray Stewart and Rita Fay Stewart. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
