He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sapp and Ora Bell Sapp (Love). He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Sapp (Paul Wieschhaus), Virgina "Ginny" Sapp (Charles Runde) and Nikkya "Sunshine" Sapp (Nathaniel Erickson); his siblings, Kenneth J. Sapp (Stacy), David Sapp (Mary) and Janet Millis (C. W.); and his grandchildren, Vanessa Earickson, Caleb Earickson, Trenton Qualls and Cheyanne Qualls.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Central Missouri Food Bank, c/o Maupin Funeral Home, 301 Douglas Blvd, Fulton, MO 65251.
