She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Raymond Andrews and Lucille Andrews (Yarbrough); her son Lloyd Horn Jr.; her siblings, Larry Andrews, Gary Andrews, Phillip Andrews, David Andrews, Jimmy Andrews, Deborah Alexander and Audrey Tomlinson; and her granddaughters, Elizabeth Horn and Melissa Ritchey.
She is survived by: her children, Garry Horn Sr. (Diane), Ron Horn (Pam) and Cheryl Sides; her grandchildren, Garry Horn Jr. (Kim), Joey Beckemeyer (Katie), Ed Horn, David Sides (Briar), Amy Luellen (Ethan) and Jennifer Sloan (Cody); her stepchildren, Kim Mohn and Mark Mohn; and her brother Dwight Andrews. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
