He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton Everett and Beverly Annette Johnson (Lund). He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his son Gregory Everett Johnson; his brother Mark Johnson (Claudia); and his in-laws, Micki Foley, Gary Seebode, David and Karen Koch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many other relatives and friends.
