She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Singleton and Doris Evelyn Singleton (Spurlock); her husbands, Earnest and Charles Cantwell; and her grandson Jeremy Heath.
She is survived by : her children, Randy, Sue Ann Cantwell and Cindy Heath; her grandchildren, Ashley, Joey Rhodes, Jenifer Heath and Hayden Burks; her great grandchildren, Levi, Hunter, Logan Rhodes and Emre Selim; and her siblings, Faye Krider, Johnny Singleton, Jo Storey, Karen Heatherly and Dale Singleton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and numerous friends.
