She is survived by: her husband Tim McCroskey of Ava; her children, Angie Hayes of Springfield, Sam Eubanks (Ciara) and Josh Eubanks; and her brothers, Mike McCoy (Libbi) of Nixa and Tim McCoy of Kansas City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
