She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Charles Edward Cudworth, Lawrence Edward Ward and Jim Irby. She is survived by: her parents, Gary Cudworth (Shawna) and Sandra Sue Cudworth (Ward); and her grandmothers, Colene Irby and Irma Ward. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
