She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Roy and Mable Stephens (Tetrick); her husband Glen; her siblings, JT, Allen, Ellis and John Stephens; and her granddaughter Nikki Curtis.
She is survived by: her son Ricky (Dianna Curtis); her grandchildren, Jesse Curtis, Dalton, Dharma Curtis, Corey Neal, Rebecca and Gary Simmons; her great grandchildren, Leedy Curtis, Levi Edic, Brooklynne Neal, Eleanor Simmons, Gage Simmons, Landon Curtis, Bowen Simmons, Kinslee Curtis, Brealynne Neal, Kason Simmons and Colten Clark; and her siblings, Arlene (Wes Scott), Ruby Adams, Ollen (Sue Stephens) and Marvin (Teresa Stephens). She is also survived by other family members and numerous friends.
