He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Lakey and Bonnie Lakey (Byerlee); and his brothers, Bill Lakey, Gary Lakey and Kevin Lakey.
He is survived by: his son Stan Lakey, II; his aunt Shirley Bell; and his close friends, Kenneth Overturf and Lori Santacroce. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
