She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Lopez and Clara Belle Hendron; and her siblings, Rita Collier (Ted), Bud Lopez (Pat), Monsignor Jerome J. Buchheit, Bill Marshall (Evelyn) and Jane Mechlinburg.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Lopez; her daughter Cecilia Lopez-Schaffner (Jay); her granddaughter Sadie Lopez-Schaffner; and her niece Liz Collier-Jeans. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Infant Church (627 Dennison Dr, Ballwin, MO 63021). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (6901 MacKenzie Rd, St. Louis, MO 63123).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Infant Church.
