He is survived by: his wife Patricia Richards; his sister Mary Ann Tinker; his children, Brenda Treis (Phillip), Barbara Richards (Robert) and Scott Richards (Jessie); his grandchildren, Michael (Nicola), Matthew, Stephen, Colten, Keely (Brandon), Charlie and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Layla and Josie; and his extended family, Bonnie, Becky, John, Starr, Jack, Nickolas, Nathan, Noah, Nina, Brandy and Brad.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (206 Ries Rd, Ballwin, MO 63021). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
