He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Ashal and Frank Roberts; his wife Lillian Epping; his sister Gerri; his in-laws, Eleanor Robers (Eugene), Marjorie Ketterhagen (Elmer), Esther Schmidt (Richard), Charles Epping (Sally), Claude Epping (Betty), Norman Epping, Roger Zeihen (Romayne), Dale Epping (Gladys) and Leroy Schmidt; and his daughter-in-law Nancy Roberts.
He is survived by: his children, James Roberts (Helen), Jeffrey Roberts (Nancy), Lisa Sanfilippo (Frank) and Timothy Roberts (Barbara); his grandchildren, Ryan Roberts (Hannah), Kristin Ptolemy (Eric), Frank "Nick" Sanfilippo (Kelsey), Samuel Roberts, Maxwell Roberts, Edward "Tommy" Roberts and Katherine Roberts; his great grandchildren, Grayson Roberts, Hadley Ptolemy, Kaden Roberts, Quinn Ptolemy and Dylan Roberts; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanne Epping, Judith Schmidt and Barbara Wisnefski (Mark).
