He is survived by : his sons, Blake Wellinghoff and Liam McCaul; his sisters, Kelly North (Andy) and Holly McCaul (Matt McNiff); his nieces, Allison Bennett, Audrey and Elyse North; and his close friends, Rick, Crystal Marina and Nea Lewis.
