He is survived by: his mother Janice Phillips; his daughters, Samantha Phillips, Megan Hawrylynko (Steven) and Taylor Phillips; and his siblings, Jonathan Phillips, James Phillips (Bree) and Jennifer Brende (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ascension Catholic Church (230 Santa Maria Dr, Chesterfield, MO 63005). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
