He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Schroy and Georgia Schroy (Kostoff); his siblings, John Schroy and Mary; and his siblings-in-law, John Beck, Patricia, Joe Werkmeister and Mike Ferner.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Meyrose); his children, Cathy Schroy, David Schroy (Jennifer) and Mark Schroy (Rachael Cebulski); his sister Kay Schroy; and his sisters-in-law, Myrna Schroy, Jeanne Ferner (Meyrose) and Ashton Cebulski. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory (14960 Manchester Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Joseph Catholic Church (567 St Josephs Ln, Manchester, MO 63021).
