He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kayser and Gladys Kayser (Babe); and his brother-in-law Ross Russo. He is survived by: his children, Erica Racquel Kayser of Highland, IL and Jack Anthony Kayser of Ballwin, MO.; and his siblings, James W. Kayser, Jr. of Glen Carbon, IL, Jeffrey S. Kayser (Tammy) of Wentzville, MO, Joseph E. Kayser of Glen Carbon, IL, Kristine M. Kayser-Bermudez (NJ), Carrie A. Hindes (Michael) of Collinsville, IL, Elizabeth J. Kayser of Honolulu, HI, Camille S. Steward (James) and Patricia L. Russo (Saint Louis). He is also survived by 10 nephews, 4 nieces, 8 great-nephews, and 3 great-nieces.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, and the Saint Paul School Educational Foundation.
