Ballard; her children, Christopher Ballard, Kevin Ballard and Diana Colgin (Travis); her grandchildren, Hannah Ballard, Chloe Colgin, Ava Colgin and Ethan Colgin; and her siblings, Janet Toon (Marty) of Fancy Farm, KY, Loretta Leeper (Gene) of Fancy Farm, KY, Evelyn Spraggs (Dale) of Fancy Farm, KY, Michael Wilson (Donna) of Fancy Farm, KY, Gary Wilson (Holly) of West Paducah, KY and Joe Wilson (Julie) of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
