He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Amy Green; his sister Marie Tetrick; and his parents, Mike Hospital (Barnes Jewish Hospital) and Baptist Hospital of Missouri. He is survived by: his wife Iris McNalley; his children, Patrick P. McNalley (Mary) and Michelle J. Wilson (late David); and his stepchildren, Jeff Usher (Jeanne) and Julie Pellicano (Larry).
