He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Wendling of Atchison; his children, Bryan Wendling (Brenda), Angela Bauer (Eric), Mark Wendling (Chandra), David Wendling (Tina) and Katie Colombo (Greg); his grandchildren, Andy Wendling (Jessica), Jake Wendling (Katie), Emily, Rachel, Andrea, Luke Bauer (Olivia), Mac Wendling, Mary Leavy (Chase), Ryan Wendling (Abby), Paul Wendling, Grace, Lucy and Charlotte Colombo; and his great grandchildren, Jude, Miles Wendling, Josie, Wyatt Wendling, Kimberly Bauer and Eliza Leavy.
