She is survived by : her son John Phillip Fuqua of Kirksville, Missouri; her siblings, Randy (Kristy Bell), Brian (Sandy Bell) and Cynthia (Robert Martin); and her grandchildren, Blakton, Arianna, Nevaeh, Quinten and Elijah.
