She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert "Ted" Johnson and Helen Johnson; her son Jay Paul Panula; and her brother Ron Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Jack Panula; her children, T. J. Panula (Michelle) and Todd Panula; her grandchildren, Sean and Logan Panula; and her brother Ken Johnson.
