He is survived by: his wife Janice Margaret Chainey; his siblings, Rose Duckett (Frank), Ronald "Ron" Cowan (Jane) and Richard "Rick" Cowan (Maunawaun); his sons, Roger Cowan (Sarah Fruzza) and Cavin Cowan (Anne); his grandchildren, Jason Cowan (Heather), Krystle Cowan-Patton, Caitlin Cowan-Jennings, Coty Cowan (Kelsey) and Camry Cowan (Mesha); and his great grandchildren, Nathaniel Cowan, Kassie Patton, Madison Patton, Jaden Cowan, Jaxton Cowan-Jennings, Penelope Cowan-Jennings, Thea Cowan, Vada Cowan-Jennings and Judah Cowan.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to First Baptist Church of Battlefield, 5010 West Byp, Battlefield, MO 65619 in Clarence's memory.
