She was predeceased by: her parents, Derrol Dvorak and JaNeva "Pat" Dvorak (Kirmer). She is survived by: her children, David Davis of Jetmore, KS, Bryan Davis of Battlefield, Jeremy Davis (Barbara) of Republic, Brandon Davis of Nixa and Ashlee Liska (Jason) of Republic; her grandchildren, Adley (Carley), Dawson, Madison, Abigail, Julia, Nathaniel and Elijah; her great grandchildren, Bexley and Frankie; and her siblings, Richard Dvorak (Bonnie), Kathlene Loyd (Tom), Lydia Watts (Ron), JaNelda Fields (Steve) and Nikki Meyer (Rich). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless treasured friends.
