He is survived by: his brothers, Jimmy Dale Rinne (Connie) of Beaufort, Kenneth Rinne of Washington and Rodney Rinne (LuAnn) of Washington; and his girlfriend Linda Kircher of Pacific. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
