He is survived by: his wife Mendy James of Belle, Missouri; his daughters, Crystelle Canuto of Columbia, Elaina Shewmaker (DJ) of O'Fallon and Lacey Stockton (Tyler) of Belle, Missouri.; his siblings, Paul James (Pam) of Vienna, Missouri, Joe James (Sherry) of Vienna, Missouri, Jay James (Diane) of Vienna, Missouri and Connie Sandbothe (Art) of Vienna, Missouri; his sister-in-law Becky James of Vienna, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Nakoma Canuto, Marley Canuto, Claire Canuto, Zoe Canuto, Kingston Canuto, Maeve Shewmaker, Jamey Stockton, Cam Stockton and Allison Stockton.
