She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Edith Haines (Cahill) and Marion Haines; her siblings, Betty Shockley, Joanne Vandegriffe, Cindy Price (Gary) and Jim Haines; her parents-in-law, Floyd "Bud" and Jessie Potts; her siblings-in-law, Bill Potts, Paul Mercuio and Robin Haines; and her aunt Naomi West.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Potts of Vichy; her children, Mindy Potts of Salem and Ashley Potts of Vichy; her grandchildren, Makalya Potts, Ben Price, Jayla Crump, Braelyn Wagner, Jayse Potts, Collins Tune and Stephanie Cope; her siblings, Linda Morelock (Larry) of Alabama, Carolyn Francis (Mike) of Corpus Christie, TX, Billy Joe Haines of Rolla and Kenny Haines of Owensville; her sisters-in-law, Brenda Wilson (Sam) of Belle, Pam Rohrer of Bland and Jannet Potts of Highgate; and her pet Oreo. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sassmann's Chapel - Belle (207 Linn St, Belle, MO 65013). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Broadway Baptist Church (15570 MO-68, St James, MO 65559). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Highgate Cemetery (24175 Co Rd 450, St James, MO 65559).
