He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Edward M Spicer and Juanita F Spicer; his brother Edward M Spicer Jr.; and his son Jefferey W Dickinson. He is survived by: his children, Katie (Errik), Edward (Verna) and Monica (Steven); his brother Vincent Spicer; his nieces, Jessica and Toni Jo; and his grandchildren, Karli, Emoni, Elijah, Evan, DeVeion, Tay, Rihanna and Ezekiel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Heartland Cremation & Burial Society (6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64133). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
