He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Tolbert and Hazel Tolbert (Plumlee); his siblings-in-law, Roberta Hall, Barbara Muntzert, Leon Page and Rod Stephens; and his son-in-law Larry Pirner.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Tolbert (Robinson); his daughter Michele White (Tony); his grandson Ryan Pirner (Zaden Cochran); his sisters, Betty Page and Rita Stephens; and his sister-in-law Vickie Robinson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cullen Funeral Home (612 W Foxwood Dr, Raymore, MO 64083). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
