He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard James Carr and Mary Ann Carr (Ryan); his wife Patricia Ann Carr (Connelly); and his brother Richard James Carr Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Elizabeth Davis (David Davis) and Amanda Marie Siverhus (Kyler Siverhus); his grandchildren, Michael, Mickinlee and Winnie; and his siblings, Steve Carr, Mike Carr, Pamela Redding, Cathy Simmonds, Lisa Carr and Carolyn Hutsell.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Sabina Parish (700 Trevis Ave, Belton, MO 64012). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
