He is survived by: his girlfriend Deborah Cummins; his brother Ritch Myers (Barb); his sibling's children, Jay, Skylar and Gage; his stepsiblings, Paula Smith and Ronnie Smith; his stepdaughter Casandra Ford (Alex); his stepgrandchildren, Devin, Aiden, Ava Lynn, Amiyah and Maleah; his stepson Joshua Cummins; and his stepgrandson Joseph.
