She was predeceased by: her parents, August Polzin and Bertha Polzin (Lebeck); her husband Charles Raymond Conrad; her son Charles Lee Conrad; her daughter-in-law Jeanie Conrad; her siblings, Esther, Oscar, Carl W. Polzin, Paul L. Polzin and Walter A. Polzin; and her foster brother Earl Crouse.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael and David (Heidi); her daughter-in-law Mary Beth Conrad; her grandchildren, Christen Conrad, Lori Turnbull (Joshua), Eric Conrad (Michelle), Ryan Conrad (Debora), Rachel Conrad and Robin Conrad; her great grandchildren, Cora Lee and Hazel Lynn Conrad; Allisson.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Lutheran Church (7500 Oak St, Kansas City, MO 64114). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Mount Moriah Cemetery South Officiated (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131).
