He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Hensley and Hazel Hensley (Riley). He is survived by: his sisters, Marsha Stowell of Kansas City and Brenda England of Las Vegas, Nevada; his siblings' children, D. J. Rhoads, Michael "Scott" Whitten and Lori Shipps (Jerry); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brinley, Kaylee Shipps, Michael A. Whitten and Alex "Bo" Shipps. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Unity Baptist Church (4846 MO-77, Benton, MO 63736). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
