He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Rhodes; his daughters, Angela Fisk (Glen) of Chaffee, Vicki Garner of Cape Girardeau and Barbara Mack of Cape Coral, Florida; his siblings, David Mack of Benton, Glenda Ruth Gosnell of Lake City, Mary Lou Hinton of Sikeston, Polly Ann Polacek of Waterloo, Connie Fay Spence of St. Louis, Bonnie May Sitzes of Cape Girardeau and Brenda Kay Poole of Oak Ridge, Missouri; his grandchildren, Garet Garner, Lacey Garner, Jeremy Penrose, Colton Seabaugh and Klanci Seabaugh; and his great grandchildren, Kami Eubank and Peyton Penrose.
