He is survived by: his wife Rose Hagy; his daughters, Christina Rulo of Benton, MO, Angela (Rick Jenkins), Jennifer (Chris Langston), Janice Taylor of Benton, MO and Rose Mary Sarah Hagy of Farmtown, IL.; and his siblings, Mike Rulo of Scott City, MO, Greg Rulo of Sikeston, MO, David Meadows of Scott City, MO, Sheila Byassee of Scott City, MO and Louise Nored of Qulin, MO. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel (115 E Hickory St, Scott City, MO 63780). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
