He was predeceased by: his father Donald Patrick Johnson, Sr.; and his grandparents, James and Barbara Nolen Allen. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Jean Allen Garrison (Kevin); his stepfather Keith Garrison; his daughter Kyleigh-Ann Courtaway; his stepchildren, Brianna Adams (Travis) and Gaige Adams (Isabella); his siblings, Christina Perez (Eddie), Donald Johnson, Jr. (Jen) and Daniel Johnson (Sean); and his nephews, Cody Johnson, Rhett Pruitt and Ryley Johnson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
