He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto "Joe" Kerby and Jewel Kerby (Hodgkiss). He is survived by: his children, Andrew Kerby (Madison) of Oran and Bonnie Lowes (Jay) of Scott City; his siblings, Nita Felty (Ron) of Chaffee and Joe Kerby (Becky) of Paragould, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Lexie Langston (Wes), Saylor Kerby, Teagan King and Kase King; his great grandchildren, Lakelyn, Adley and Weston Langston; and his nieces and nephews, Cori Chaney, Sara Chaney, Joseph Kerby and Scott Kerby. He is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.
