He is survived by: his children, Pam Buettikoffer (John) of Jackson, Missouri and Arthur Wayne Lee Jr. (Karen) of Bernie; his grandchildren, Sarah Ann Shrum (Truman), Elizabeth Lillie Maclin and Joshua Hahn Lee (Hannah); and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Rhett, Gabriel and Henry. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
