He was predeceased by : his parents, Elroy William and Alberta Elizabeth "Betty" Sander (Brazeal); his siblings, Jeff Sander, Sr., Rebecca Seay (Sander) and Paula Sander; and his son William Sander (Kristina).

He is survived by : his grandchildren, Lynde (Sander), Hockaday (Wesley), Colin, Della and Edward; his great grandchildren, Levi, Henry and Bennette; and his brother Robert Sander (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends.
