R.), Teri Moore (Steve), Christy Griffin (Billy) and Stephanie Blevins (Barry); his sisters, Karen Urick, Janice Dickerson and Brenda Lindley; his grandchildren, Ashley, Derik, Trevor, Jessica, Kaycee, Shelby, Benjamin, Riley and Sydney; and his great grandchildren, Zane, Makenna, Maisyn, Cindri, Bentley and Viveigh. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
